Solution4YOU LLC ("Solution4YOU", "we", "us") builds AI and automation systems for small businesses, including an AI phone receptionist that answers missed calls. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to solution4you.pro and to the services we provide.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in our contact, booking, or text-message sign-up forms.
• Call information. When someone calls a business that uses our AI receptionist, we process the caller's phone number, the audio of the call, a transcript, and a summary (caller name if given, reason for calling, callback number, and urgency).
• Text message information. Your mobile number, your name, the time and wording of your consent to receive texts, and records of messages sent to you and any STOP or HELP replies.
• Basic website data. Standard server and analytics information such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address.

How we use information

• To provide and support the services we build and run for our clients, including answering calls, summarizing them, and sending call summaries and callback lists to the business owner by email or text.
• To respond to your inquiries and schedule meetings.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, fix problems, and improve the service.
• To meet legal obligations, including keeping records of text message consent.

AI voice calls and recordings

Calls answered by our AI receptionist are handled by an automated voice assistant. The assistant tells callers at the start of the call that they are speaking with an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review what was said and call the person back. The business that uses the receptionist is responsible for how it uses those call records. We process call information on that business's behalf and only to provide the service.

Text message (SMS) information

We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. See our text message program page for the program details and sign-up. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, under their own confidentiality and security obligations. These include telephony and text messaging providers (such as Twilio), voice AI and workflow automation providers, and email and spreadsheet tools used to deliver call summaries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Clients can ask us to delete call records, and you can ask us to delete your own information using the contact below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
• Email us to access, correct, or delete your information.
• Callers who prefer not to speak with an AI assistant can hang up and call the business back during business hours.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
