Terms of Service

These terms apply to solution4you.pro and to services provided by Solution4YOU LLC ("Solution4YOU", "we", "us"). By using the site or the services you agree to them. Work for a specific client is also covered by a written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

The services

We design, build, and run AI and automation systems for small businesses. One example is an AI phone receptionist that answers calls a business misses, records what the caller needs, and sends the business owner a summary and callback list. It is built to answer only from information the business approves, and to fall back to ordinary voicemail when it cannot help. It does not replace the business's judgment, and the business is responsible for returning calls and acting on summaries.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or services, break the law, interfere with the systems, or use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unwanted messages or calls.

Text message terms

• Program: Solution4YOU Call Alerts. Text messages from Solution4YOU LLC that tell a business owner or authorized staff about calls handled by their AI receptionist: call summaries, callback requests, and service notices.
• Consent: We send these texts only to numbers whose owner has opted in. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies with the number of calls received.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more messages. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help: Reply HELP or email info@solution4you.pro.
• Carriers: Carriers and Solution4YOU are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

AI voice calls and outbound calls

Our AI receptionist answers inbound calls and identifies itself as an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not make telemarketing or marketing calls. Any outbound call or text made through our systems goes only to a person who asked for it or has given consent, and the business using the system must comply with the call recording, consent, and do-not-call laws that apply to it.

Ownership

Clients run our systems in their own accounts with their own keys. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, clients own the content and data their systems process, and we keep ownership of our general methods and tools.

No warranty

The site and services are provided "as is". We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an AI assistant will always understand or answer correctly. Phone, text, and email delivery depend on third-party carriers and providers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Solution4YOU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
